1. How much is the shipping fee?
Free worldwide shipping on all orders.
No minimum purchase is required.
2. Do I need to pay tax?
The product price already includes applicable product VAT.
Depending on your country’s regulations, local customs authorities may charge import taxes or duties if your order exceeds the duty-free threshold. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
If a product is returned due to non-quality reasons, return shipping fees and any customs charges will be borne by the customer.
3. When will my order be shipped?
Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days. Weekends and holidays may cause slight delays.

Pre-sale items will be shipped within 24 hours after restocking.
4. How long does delivery take?
All orders ship with free shipping.
- United States: 1–3 business days
- All other countries: 7–15 business days
Delivery time does not include customs clearance, if applicable. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs, weather, holidays, or other force majeure factors.
5. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. For orders shipping to different addresses, please place separate orders.
6. Can I use a PO Box or locker address?
For U.S. customers, PO Box addresses are accepted.
For all other countries, please provide a physical address in English within 30 characters if possible to avoid delivery issues.
7. How can I track my order?
Tracking information will be available within 1–4 business days after your order ships.
- Sign in to your account.
- Go to My Profile.
- Open My Orders.
- Select your order and click Track.
Sometimes it may take up to 2 days for couriers to update tracking information. If tracking does not appear immediately, please check again after 24 hours.
